You have to bring your own sheets, blankets, towels, and even pillows to this hotel. It's filthy, with stains all over it. The floors are dusty. It's truly uncomfortable to stay here. There are no clear directions to the hotel either.

1. Communication between staff needs to be improved, yesterday I missed the check-in issue which they said could be helped with early check-in at least 1 am and without additional costs, and yesterday when I arrived they said it was not possible, after I showed the WA chat with another staff, they allowed me. 2. TV channels are limited and cannot be watched because they are blurry

Very close to LRT, good access, smooth Wifi, friendly staff, for overnight stays, parking is only free once a day, in-room facilities are decent, no water heater, welcome drink provided, no hotel slippers, overall 8.5/10 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼.
