I checked in at 20.00 after a day of activities outside. It took quite a long time to check in because my order was not entered by the receptionist (a slightly fat man). After I showed proof of booking from the app, he said it was not there yet even though I booked it the day before, after quite a long time checking here and there, I was finally given access to room number 04. When I entered, it turned out that the bed was only enough for 1 person, a twin bed size, not like the description for 2 people. Then I was very disappointed when I saw the sheets had blood stains and had been used by the previous person that had not been changed, finally so that I could sleep I covered all parts of the sheets with my Balinese cloth. There were also many dirty foot stains. But what was worse was the water there was very very very yellow and smelled of iron. Please for management to pay attention to the quality control of room cleanliness, make sure it has been changed after the previous person checked out and the water because it is used continuously.

The lights went out when I stayed because the token had not been filled, suddenly the water ran out in the bathroom and the water color was not clear. There was no plug to charge. The staff was quite friendly.
