For a downtown hotel close to everything, the price is very affordable. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean but smelly for a while, but then it was safe, the Wi-Fi was fast, the service was good, and the surroundings were clean. There's also a nice cafe downstairs for hanging out. It's been a pleasant stay so far, but it would be more comfortable if there was a dedicated path directly to the room area. It was a bit awkward going back and forth a few times, having to pass through the cafe, which was quite busy. Thank you

The room was quite comfortable with a comfortable mattress and pillows. The AC had a problem, but it was quickly fixed. The staff was responsive and quite friendly. The water was a bit discolored and smelly. The location is behind Gedung Sate and close to everything. There's a fairly well-equipped shared kitchen and dining table.

I've stayed here twice with my family. The place is comfortable, with a living room, dining table, and kitchenette with dining utensils. The mattress and pillows are clean and very comfortable. I'll stay here again next time. Unfortunately, the cafe patrons are quite noisy. Perhaps the rooms could be renovated to provide soundproofing. It would definitely be more enjoyable.

Overall, I'm satisfied! I've stayed here twice and it never disappoints. Especially with its super strategic location in the heart of Bandung, spacious, clean rooms, and excellent hotel facilities! I'll definitely stay here again. The breakfast menu is limited, but it's okay!

The room size is ok... The amenities are quite complete... And most importantly, it's close to the culinary center... The coffee shop is also really good.

The security guards were incredibly friendly. They were very helpful during heavy rain. Cafe Ettan (in the Rumah Cimandiri area) was very appealing due to its ambiance, cleanliness, and price. We stayed in a family room with a decent living room. However, the bedroom felt a bit cramped, and the wardrobe was a bit dusty. Since this is a guest house, not a fully functional hotel, you need to find the hotel staff first. But overall, the experience of staying here was very pleasant because of its special location, right behind Gedung Sate, in the city center, but with a view of a very large park. It was very enjoyable to take a morning walk in the Gedung Sate park, and an afternoon/evening walk to Progo & Riau with dozens of cafes/restaurants in the area.

The hotel also has a cafe with nice food & coffee. The location is also very good, so many cafes & restaurants nearby. The hotel feels so homey because of the ambiance & the staff warmness.

The only downside is that the sound from outside is audible once...otherwise it's ok.

Very strategic location in the city center close to various tourist destinations in Bandung. Clean rooms, friendly service. Complete facilities, there is a general kitchen so you can heat food. The downside is that access in and out must go through the cafe so it is less comfortable.

The location is right behind Gedung Sate, easy to reach, but far from access to stalls and mini markets. The waiters are friendly, especially the security.

Strategic location behind Gedung Sate. The room is quite spacious, cleanliness is okay, large wardrobe, there is a large table, 2 chairs, there is also a balcony. What makes it less pleasant is the check-in is at the cafe cashier & the way to the room has to go through the kitchen so it's like entering a boarding house. Breakfast is a choice of fried rice/bread & water. Downstairs there is a cafe ETTAN, try the salad & the coffee is delicious, get a discount because you are staying overnight. The staff are friendly, especially the security guard is very friendly. Oh yeah, the lights in the room went out and the token ran out, because we were too lazy to confirm, we ended up refilling it ourselves for 20 thousand hehe, please check this token periodically.
