Thank you very much for the service from Mr. Joni and Mrs. Ayu, the managers and the other team. 3 nights staying here gave me a sense of family. Met many new friends, shared interesting experiences.

I booked it long ago but got a different location, aka it was transferred, the cottage management even said it was a "special place" even though it was a different location and different owner. It's good but still disappointing, like ordering fried rice and getting Padang rice. Next time, please pay more attention to the booking system in the online application, if it's already full, it should be closed earlier. And it's a shame that the access road when you want to get there is still a bit difficult for visitors. I'm disappointed.

Enough to get away from the noise of the city. Unfortunately, there was construction during my stay. The staff at check-in were very helpful, because I arrived at 12, but was able to check in right away.

In terms of location, maybe because I'm not from here, it's quite difficult to reach in my opinion. I was stuck when I was going home because of the small road access, there was an obstacle when the truck broke down at that time so other vehicles couldn't pass so I had to wait at the inn for about 2 hours. The service is very friendly, the view is very pleasing to the eye so with a price below 300k I think it's 'cheap' considering the experience I got while there. The food is delicious, the air is very cool, the place is spacious and quiet, the service is very friendly, and the view is very amazing. If one day I have the opportunity to go to Kintamani again with my family, I want to come back here again

Recommended. The view of the lake and the mountain is great, only the access road to get there needs a little repair, but so far it is still safe.

The location is a bit lower. At first we were shocked by the direction of the location but when we arrived at the location we were amazed at the price which was quite affordable but were satisfied with the room and most importantly the view from the room and immediately saw the Mountain & Lake. The management is very friendly and prays that those of us who stay will always be healthy and blessed by God.

In generally the host was kind. We was expect to stay at the room we booked with lake view. By the time we arrive the hotel staff said the room is fully booked. And they sent us to another hotel beside it with no lake view. The room was great, clean and comfort, but it's not the one we expect. It was OK, and the lady at that hotel was very kind.

Booking 2 last minute rooms will result in rooms that are far away from each other and don't directly face the lake. But from the garden you can still see the view of the lake... the staff is very friendly and kind... the food gets cold quickly and is very hard...

The food is delicious, you don't have to worry about finding food there, the service is extraordinary.

The toilet is actually private toilet for every rooms. The owner of this hotel made mistake by stating this is a public toilet. Feeling nice staying here as the owners are so friendly and good. The rooms are so tidy and clean.

Review: reservasinya bagus, bersahabat, tempat nyaman serta pelayanan yang ramah good banget pokoknya. View dan room juga bersih dan nyaman bisa di liat di foto-foto ini ya. Buat stay cation juga nyaman banget. Oh iya untuk toilet nya itu private ya guys di masing-masing kamar jadi jangan bingung lagi yang di aplikasi itu bukan toilet sharing tapi private. The receptionist was not friendly, I ordered 2 cottages for 4 people because I was 5 people because suddenly 1 person wanted to come, I was charged an additional fee for an extra bed without getting an extra bed. The receptionist said if you don't want one person to sleep in the car. Because it's quite night and the location is quite far. Forced to have 1 cotagge forced for 3 people in 1 large bed and I still pay for the extra bed without getting an extra bed.

Pengalaman yang sangat berkesan waktu menginap di sini karena dari Surabaya ke Kintamani kami lewat Buleleng yang jalannya berkelok-kelok luar biasa :) Sampai udah hampir putus asa karena kok ngga nyampe-nyampe penginapan. Belum lagi mobil ngga bisa nanjak karena lokasi penginapan yang di atas. Tapi pemiliknya baik buanget, bantuin bawa naik mobil kami. Kamarnya bagus, suasananya tenang, Toiletnya private ya. (informasi di aplikasi ditulis sharing toilet) dan ada air panas. Sayang sekali ngga bisa menikmati view-nya karena tiba udah malam dan subuh sudah harus check out untuk hiking. Terima kasih untuk pemilik Bali Cottage Lake View yang sudah melayani kami dengan baik. Tips untuk yang mau nginap di sini; jangan sungkan-sungkan telepon kalo kesulitan cari lokasinya.
