For a room with that budget, it's quite good, it has a smart TV, although it's a bit slow. The breakfast is also delicious.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was quite satisfied overall. Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable—especially the soft mattress, which made for a good night's sleep. The room amenities were also complete, including drinking water and toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi.

The lobby is simply beautiful to give the impression of luxury, but the rooms are filthy, with the table next to the chair broken. The worst part is that the housekeeping staff easily gave access to our room door. Imagine being in bed and then being barged in by a stranger. The service is the worst, with no initiative to apologize. If you stay here, you should reconsider; there are plenty of other options.

In terms of benefits, the hotel's location is very strategic in the city center. Although the sheets look yellow, they seem clean. The hotel is quite clean for that price. 3 minutes walk to Boku Meranti. 20 minutes walk to Lapangan Benteng. 12 minutes walk from the legendary Soto Medan, RM Sinar Pagi. Next to Carrefour.

The reception staff is not friendly, the bathroom is not clean and the water doesn't come out of the toilet seat 😞 even though I used to stay here very comfortably, especially since it's very close to Carrefour
