I have never seen a hotel with such bad service as this one. 1. The room door uses a mechanical lock. The lock joint of the door and the door groove are misaligned. Every time I go out and lock the door, it is NO DIFFERENT FROM WRESTLING because I have to pull the door really hard with one hand and turn the lock with the other hand, but it doesn't always lock. One day, I couldn't lock the door for 15 minutes to go to work. So annoying. Minus 2 points. 2. I don't understand what kind of air conditioner it is. When I went to bed, I set it to 25 degrees. When I woke up at night, it was 19 degrees. It automatically set it back to 19 degrees. I had the same problem both nights I stayed here. As a result, today, I caught a cold and got sick.
