The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. The location is also convenient, being close to the Dragon Bridge. My main disappointments were the rooftop area's poor cleanliness (since the pub/cafe there is no longer operating) and the lack of seating during breakfast on busy days. I'm now staying at another hotel for the remainder of my trip, and in comparison, this hotel did not meet the same standards.

The Economic room is a moderately spacious corner room, airy, fully equipped, with a standing mirror, a 45-inch TV with Youtube, Netflix. Clean, good ventilation, strong water faucet. Convenient location, big road, within 50m there are supermarkets, coffee shops, pharmacies, restaurants. The hotel serves breakfast until 9am. Friendly staff. Clean rooftop swimming pool. The hallway smells of lemongrass

Good experience when choosing Santori as a place to stay for the 5N4D trip to Da Nang. The rooms are clean, I booked early for 3 rooms and the price was just over 6.2 million. Quite satisfied. However, the breakfast dishes are not diverse, the soundproofing is not good. Overall, it is okay, next time if I come to Da Nang, I will choose Santori again.

Lock the guest's room to prevent entry 20 minutes before check out time. When guests asked, the response was that the system was set up to lock itself before 12 o'clock while late check-out was allowed after 60 minutes.

Clean hotel, cute decoration like santorinj greece, helpful receptionist, located in city centre. Worth the money.
