The pictures looked beautiful, but what I received was a gloomy, dark basement room.

Spacious rooms, fully equipped, and affordable.

The bedding and toilet were very dirty; I won't be coming here again.

The room was very dirty, smelly, and moldy, and they were being deceptive. I booked a VIP room but was demoted to a standard room. When I called to ask if the room had a balcony, the staff asked for my name when I booked and said yes, but when I arrived they said they had given me the wrong information. The toilet had no door, the room was old and extremely damp. Anyone going to Da Lat should avoid this place.

I booked a room upstairs with a window overlooking the basement. The room smelled quite bad and had no exhaust fan. The sales staff directed me to this room without my knowledge. Disappointed, I will never return.

The bathroom faucet and toilet were leaking water onto the floor, making it very unhygienic. The bedroom did not match the description when booking.

A terrible experience. From the moment we checked in until our family of four returned from our outing, there was no running water in the room for use in the bathroom or shower. This was happening between 5 PM and 7 PM, and we had to leave for Saigon. We called the reception, but they kept making excuses about repairing the water pipes, and then didn't fix anything. Even when a receptionist came to try and resolve the issue, it was still unresolved. How can we use the room without running water for the bathroom? And we had already paid for the room through Traveloka. On our first day, January 31st, we experienced the exact same problem, and they made us fetch cold water from the bathroom to use in the bathtub.

I booked a room with a bathtub for two nights. I checked in today, and the bathtub had hot water, but no cold water. The receptionist said there were no alternative rooms available, so I had to use a water heater to get cold water from the bathroom to fill the tub. I don't understand how you're supposed to relax like this. Getting water from the bathroom wets the floor, making it very slippery, and I almost fell several times. And how many times did I have to fill the water heater with cold water to make enough warm water for the tub?! And I had a small child with me. And will it be the same the next day?!

The toilet didn't have a door, huhu, and the room didn't smell very nice, but overall it was okay.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but the rooms are nice and clean, and the staff are enthusiastic.

Today, I booked a hotel and upon check-in, the water supply was already cut off. The staff didn't inform us beforehand and just let us check in. We had to wait, but received no clear explanation, and I had to book another hotel. The way the staff handled the situation was terrible, and I probably won't be staying here again.

Room is a little run down than before. But the price is right.
