The accommodation is located in the middle of a residential area. Breakfast isn't provided, but there's a cafe nearby with a complete menu. The villa also doubles as an exclusive boarding house, so the rooms aren't cleaned or towels changed. I didn't ask for that, but it didn't matter to me, as the price was reasonable. The surroundings are beautiful, and there's a swimming pool with views of rice paddies and Mount Merapi. The villa staff regularly cleans the grounds and pool.

The location, room cleanliness, and parking area were all excellent. And, unfortunately, the receptionist was cold and unfriendly.

Overall good, but Wi-Fi connects but has no internet, and no solution from the helpdesk.

Overall, I stayed for 3 nights, but it was a shame there was no internet. Wi-Fi was connected, but there was no data allowance. The receptionist offered no solution, just informed me that it was possible. So I had to use my personal data allowance to watch TV.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Check-in was fast, and the staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean, fragrant, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was cool, and the bathroom was very clean with hot water that worked well. The strategic location, close to culinary centers and minimarkets, made it very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall, my stay was very pleasant and well worth the price. If I return to this city, I will definitely stay here again.

The room is comfortable and easy to access. I booked it yesterday for my family and it was very comfortable and clean. It's worth it, even though it's cheap.

The location is quiet and the distance to the city center is not too far.

The room is clean, the staff is very friendly, the view is nice, the environment is very quiet.

The atmosphere, price, location, flexible check-in time and friendliness of the owner are unfortunately not matched by the friendliness of some of the staff who seem shy when seeing guests so they don't greet them.

The place is comfortable and offers views of Merapi. It's rare to find a homestay with a pool and rice paddy views. Awesome!

It will be better if the staffs are ready in the receptionist table, so that customer won't wait to check in or check out!

OK, there is a mini swimming pool which is quite good for kids, the view of Mount Merapi & Merbabu is very beautiful.
