Good first. The room was clean, very good for family because it has a personal carport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good too, because it's literally side to side with The Great Asia Africa. There's hot water, and the bathroom was also clean. Now for the bad part. I believe the bed is being infested with bed bugs. I don't know how bad it is (I only saw like one or two bugs), but my arms and legs have lots of itchy bumps. I kept waking up because of the sudden feel of being bitten and cannot fall asleep afterwards. Other than this, the room only has one electric socket/plug. The wastafel was useless. The lights all use yellow light, so it's too dim when awake and too bright when we need a night lamp.

The toilet was a bit muddy and the water was stagnant.

The hotel is comfortable, perfect for a break in Bandung. The rooms are also cozy.

You can ask for frozen food at the front desk. The room is small, and the noise can be quite distracting for those who really want to rest. The bathroom smells a bit like urine, and it's not well-maintained, perhaps with only one housekeeping shift. There's no welcome drink, but there's a water bottle available near the cabin. Worth the price, so far so good 😊👍

The staff is very accommodating, there was a problem with my room and the staff was fast with the response. But there were indeed some problems with the lift and the LED board in my room. Nevertheless, I still feel pleased since it was worth the price.
