We're sorry, it's not our service that is curt from the father / mother because the father / mother exceeds the capacity of the villa that has been listed, the room selection has been listed 6 person/unit villa, our team performs their duties according to management procedures, so if you are on vacation, first check the capacity of the villa, do not exceed the capacity of up to approximately 20 people. Once again we apologize because we have done our job properly
