Back and forth calls to the app until the credit runs out and cannot be refunded even though this is clearly the provider's fault for not having any feedback, in this case the visitor/customer is greatly disadvantaged in terms of time and costs that have been incurred or the potential loss of 400-2 million, because if you order another unit at that time the price is around 400-2 million. Almost 12 midnight there was just a chat from the party to the provider which turned out to be the app. And I'm waiting for an apology and compensation for the losses and potential losses, the wifi doesn't work, the electricity was off.
