It is a nice and quiet place to stay in Samana. On the rooftop, it has a beautiful infinity pools and bar. Also, the hotel itself is very clean and the staff is respectful and friendly. If you have a car, there is plenty parking available. Located by end of the malecon, it offers amazing views of the bay and you can easily walk to different places like restaurants and bars.

Amazing property. Great location. Super clean and modern. Great pool with a bar on the rooftop. Very attentive customer service. Complimentary bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We’ll be returning here!

Staying in Hacienda Samana Bay Hotel was a great experience. We received excellent customer service from all the staff and enjoyed our room view over looking the ocean. Really appreciate TELVIS (Supervisor) for his kindness and professional attention to details.

Don’t know if I’ll stay there again

This hotel is beautiful with an amazing view from the room of the bay. The staff are actually the worst. For such and expensive place they are incredibly rude and unhelpful. No help with bags or even give you a lighter. Breakfast is nice but limited options.

Great place and the service is wonderful!

This property is absolutely amazing but I wish the it was a little more sound proof. Its on a main street that is busy well into the night.

Well located beautiful multiple pools on the roof overlooking the bay plus a lot of the rooms had balconies overlooking the bay. Very nice place but what made it where the people who try to be very helpful Was there in off-season or not much to do but it was relaxing
