Perfect location and very helpful staff

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Gave us concise direction when asked and were so helpful for an earlier check in after our long flight.

Staff were fantastic. We loved the restaurant for a quiet dinner and bottle of wine. The rooftop pool was great. And breakfast was great.

THE STAFF WAS VERY HELP[FUL AND AT LEAST ONE PERSON ON DUTY SPOKE ENGLISH. THE HOTEL IS WELL POSITIONED A FEW BLOCKS FROM THE OBELISK AND THE PRESIDENTIAL PALACE. THE STREET ITSELF WAS NOT VERY NICE IN ONE DIRECTION BUT IN THE OTHER DIRECTION WAS FINE.A SUPERMARKET WAS ON THE CORNER WHICH HAD EVERYTHING AT REASONABLE PRICES. THE HOTEL ITSELF WAS IMPECCABLE, CLEAN AND WELL DECORATED. BREAKFAST WAS SUPERB AND INCLUDED IN OUR COST.

Staff super helpful. Place was well kept up. Breakfast buffet was quite nice. Particularly appreciated them reaching out to see if we wanted transfers from airport and to cruise port. Simplified our travel tremendously.

Everyone at the front desk staff was very helpful. We had reservations for a tango show that canceled on us at the last minute. They were able to help us find another show that turned out to be great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic. The pool on the roof was a nice plus.

The lady who checked us in and extended our check out time was super helpful. Great attitude.

Clean, quiet room. Hotel let us securely store our luggage from an early morning flight while we took a tour of the city. Decent included breakfast.
