We loved Hotel Motto!! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the location and the decor was dreamy. The fabric covered doors were fabulous. Absolutely would stay here again!

Brilliant hotel with the exception of the restaurant and bar. We tried the bar one night but were turned away as “too busy” the next night it was closed but we sat there and bought drinks at the restaurant bar ( had to carry them up the stairs ourselves. The “comfy” atmosphere in the restaurant is basically low level tables and soft chairs to eat from , very uncomfortable and so close together you could join in the conversations over the tables nearby. The waiter was offhand and inattentive. As we ate there the first night nothing would have persuaded us to repeat the experience. The rest of the hotel was exceptional though.

Great location, good decor, convenient, very helpful staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a very Parisian feel to it. The front desk staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The rooftop bar is a must even if you don’t stay the hotel. The hotel is literally steps away from the underground train which can take you all over the city.

We loved the hotel so much—it was by far the best hotel room we've ever had! Thanks so much for a fabulous trip and we hope to visit again in the future!

The hotel and service are wonderful. The little cafe outside the hotel has the best Scheiterhaufen in the world😉 The room was a little warm at night as the AC only goes so low. Don't miss going up to the roof terrace as the view of Vienna is beautiful. The area of town will allow you to see everything you need to see in only a short trip. You will be about 30 min from the Hofburg Palace, Museums, Maria-thersien platz.....and so many sights.

This hotel is amazing! French Hip theme, and very tastefully done. Great rooftop for cocktails and restaurant on the 7th floor is delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was really nice and very clean. The room was comfortable and sufficiently spacious. The key issue for us was that we found there to be a lot of bugs, resulting in bug bites acquired while sleeping. Additionally, it should be noted that you will have fairly far walks to most activities, but we still found it doable.

What an amazing stay. Could not recommend Hotel Motto any more. The hotel itself was beautiful and very elegant. Great location, amazing cafe right across the street and right next to the transport.

This place was outstanding! We really liked the interior design of the room. The room was cozy and small but it was designed such that you could stay in there comfortably. We were really happy with the area. It was very close to top restaurants and shopping areas. Transportation was another plus point. Everything was accessible within 15 minutes of walk. Overall I give this place five stars now I'm giving this review I kind of miss it.

Great hotel!

Hotel Motto is a wonderful hotel with a professional, friendly staff. The rooms are comfortble, quiet, and nicely decorated. It's located right next to a UBahn station, which was convenient for getting around the city. The staff at the rooftop bar and Chez Bernard were great too.

We had a great stay at Hotel Motto. Upon checking in we were given a glass of sparkling wine to enjoy. The room was presented beautifully. The Viennese grand style in every little detail.

Decor was fantastic and the room was very comfortable. Air conditioning was a plus, but seemed to turn off overnight

The hotel was overall good. However, several mosquitoes were coming out from the sink every time we tried to use it, which was very unpleasant and disgusting. I think the hotel should spray the sinks with a product that prevents larvae from remaining in the humid areas and proliferating. This is a basic sanitation measure that can even be done using eco-friendly products, such as baking soda. I was not expecting this bad experience in a city like Vienna.

Absolutely stunning hotel - the attention to detail throughout was fantastic. Staff were wonderful also, would highly recommend. A visit to the rooftop bar is a must!
