Got a good service during holidays

Clean room

No parking. No windows in room. Nobody at the service desk. I had to wait 15 min outside before someone exiting could let me in when arriving. No control heating. Room was cold. Building is dire. Surrounded by car mechanic shops so you can imagine the general space. Wouldn’t bring my family or stay unless it was an emergency. Sheets were clean. Shower was clean. Internet didn’t work. Was happy I was only there one night.

Nice and clean hotel, albeit the service was none exist and the location is off city near some industrial area. Decent enough for a night sleep but felt like a motel then a hotel.

Horrible experience! Never even got in cuz Hotel never i formed about check in! When arrived all doors were closed. Also located in very ugly indutrial area. Absolutely cannot recomment for anyone. There are other hotels near by much better.

When we got to the hotel it was not open, we rang the doorbell but no one answered then we tried calling the phone number they had given in the email sent but that number was not in service.Then we tried to reach Hotels.com but it was impossible.So we had to book another hotel.

Worst checkin i´ve ever met, but the room itself was spotless. It starts with the booking, where i percieved the reception would be accessible between 15.00-19.00. Less than a day i get a text message to checkin online, so i did (struggled with that). The link within text message didn´t work to fully checkin online. I had to download the AeuroGuest app. I don´t know how many times i had to fillin my information (that should already be there thru the booking?). I also had to take a picture of my driving license and send in to app? Well! Once i´ve arrived at hotel (where i expected someone should be in reception - though i´ve checked in online), there was only a locked door. A short time before checkin to room i get message to wait for information when room is to be ready. No information is given. Checkin time was 15.00. I waited to 15.15 and then called the number on front door. Suddenly i have to code my access-card to room by myself, but i couldn´t get thrue the front door to access the "make yourself coding of access-card". Short time after i called the support on front door, than i get ALL information sent to app how to access my room. Why isn´t the full information given when booking the room? Access to locked frontdoor and information about "selfcoding access-card"?. Preferred a week in advance, or at least a day before? Or i worst case at least a hour before checkin time.

1000 for the room and 1200 for the parking .

It was difficult to check in as there was no one present and the online check in was broken. The room’s coffee maker did not have an outlet to use where it was stationed so we had to move the whole setup to the bathroom and balance it on the sink to use it.

Mitt rum öppnades av någon annan medan jag var i rummet.

Väldigt osmidigt att checka-in. Istället för att bara släppa in mig och manuellt checka in mig tyckte personalen att jag skulle ladda ned en app (som inte funkar).

Rummet var fint. Personalen trevlig men krångligt att komma in och få rumsnummer och portkod.

Tvn laggade 2 dager, väldigt irriterande

Det var fräscha rum. Jag checkade in och de glömde ta betalt. De sa inget om att man skulle beställa frukosten en dag i förväg. Det fanns ingen i receptionen på hela kvällen eller morgonen. Rummet var varmt utan AC. Dusch kabinen i badrummet gick inte att stänga. I övrigt fräscht badrum.

Rummen är bra och rena, men temperaturen inne i rummet är hög och det finns inga fläktar. Det finns lite te och kaffe på rummen, men vattenkokaren är inte ansluten till el.
