We've been five nights in April in Margo beach hotel, for a family reunion. As we were 11 people ,including young children,we booked 3 apartments, 1 with 2 bedrooms and 2 with one bedroom, all with sea view. Our stay here was relaxed and serene and the time spent in this lovely hotel, was one of the most enjoyable lately. Breakfast is good and having it in the balcony facing the beach is exteremly nice. The service is one of the assets of the place- such lovely and gentle staff who really seem to care for the guests and love what they're doing.A perfect place and location for families with children.

A charming, family-run hotel. Located right by the sea. Rooms with a stunning view. Very good breakfast. You don’t need more than that to go explore the area or just relax on the beach. Highly recommended.

This is the type of hotel that gives Greeks a bad name. They obviously want to have their cake and eat it. The sign clearly says welcome to Mango Hotel. For sunbeds minimum consultation of €10 (in both Englishand Greek), however we sat there and there was no reserve sign, after an hour the staff member told as to leave as they are reserved for guests only. Can someone tell me where it says this on the sign. These clowns are dishonest and deceitful and absolutely rude. Just want to steel from people. So imagine if you stayed there. Take your signs down if these sunbeds are for guests only. No wonder people will stop coming to holiday in Greece because of people like yourselves. Disgraceful this would not happen in other countries.

A perfect hotel for kids. George in reception is so helpful and George at breakfast is kind and funny. His service is impeccable. The beach is calm in the morning, more waves in the afternoon but never crowded with perfectly clear water.

We traveled down to Gythio from Athens for a quick two-day escape with our toddler. The location and hotel were exactly what we were looking for. The beach is amazing - fine small rocks and fabulous views. Unlike many other hotel beaches, it was also quiet and relaxing. The hotel has set up multiple rows of comfortable chaise lounges with umbrellas covers. The beachside service ran by Giorgos was wonderful. An Alpha beer has never tasted so good! The rooms were spacious and clean with effective AC as well. The aesthetic of the hotel and landscaping were beautiful as well, making the experience feel luxurious. We loved the breakfast, with fresh squeezed orange juice and lots of kid friendly options. We enjoyed our lunches there as well, delicious salads and gyro tacos. The bar staff were very kind and made a great frappe :)
