No one at desk for a few minutes , checked into room immediately saw roach on door. Immediately checked out within 5 minutes. Was told by Ms.Bkakta she refunded Expedia and we would need to contact Expedia to ensure we received our refund.

Hotel was very neat and clean. It did look like our room was a remodel because there were still spots of spackle that hadn't been repainted yet. The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable but we definitely have had worse. The hotel was in a great location and the hotel staff were very friendly. Overall a great stay for the price. We would stay here again.

Overall, will not re stay here. Because- BAD : - the AC is horrible. The hotel is HOT. Room AC don’t cool below 68. (We asked!) - windows do not black out light completely - horrible lumpy pillows. - not comfortable bedding/ beds -hallway smells, like wet towels? -breakfast ends at 9am. Normal hotel breakfast served -small pool. 4ft tall. -pool curfew is 10a-10p -I was also double charged. But this could be a bank error. So idk GOOD: -Location, walking distance to restaurants. -Price -nice front desk personnel The AC alone is a deal breaker for me, I need the room to be cold and dark so I can sleep well.

The hotel smelled like wet dog and urine. I will never stay here again.

The hotel smells like a hamster cage. Our floor was even worse, second floor smelled like wet dog even stronger in room. Unable to sleep because it was so bad. For the price point you can stay at way better hotel.

Lots of restaurants nearby. Beds were comfortable.

The room hadn’t been vacuumed, and there was dirt on the carpet. It was doubtful that the room had been checked and cleaned well after the last guest, as an open condom wrapper was found in the bedside table and a medium-sized hair clip was on the floor by the couch.

Our room smelled strongly of urine . When we alerted the front desk they consulted with the manager and would not change the room. They offered us a spray to use. We declined and all other hotels were booked. They sent someone up to the room to spray the room stilled smelled of urine. The breakfast buffet did not have juice nor offered bottle water. We would never stay again nor do I recommend it.
