Decent place , nice area.

The room needed refreshed. Marks on the walls from suitcase. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was loose and hanging sideways. Bathroom shower would flood the floor every time it's used. Bathroom trash can lid didn't function. Floors in the room needed to be mopped. Walking on the floor without socks on our feet would get filthy. Daytime reception staff was excellent and attentive. Evening reception staff was not attentive. No explanation of how to use the sauna and steam rooms was given. No explanation about bike rental was shared. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The couch was stained.

The hotel is well staffed and clean, rooms are spacious, bathroom even had heated floors. Pretty cool spot will stay here again for sure. The pool table in the bar is awesome.

Great room and location. Parking was close and free. Check-in was great and breakfast was nice. Room really spacious.

Lovely staff, amazing family apartment with huge balcony/terrace. Great location for town centre and Loonse en Druinen and bike rides.

Great staff, good size room, food in the restaurant was very good. Only downside is the lobby and social area is very cold. In the spring and summer it will be a great space.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very big, modern and clean. 5 min walk to the train station and to the center of the city which is very charming with shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed our stay

Was close to train station and market. City is close by to explore. Building beautiful just wish shower overhead had more water pressure.

We had a beautiful room and the Hotel met all of our expectations. Beds were very comfortable and a very spacious bathroom. Would stay there again

The desk staff was on the phone, but pooite when I arrived. The room I initially had had not been changed or cleaned. And I was upgraded to another room, which was fair. Yet for an 'apartment' there was a lack of towels and pillows, and the bed was uncomfortable. The gym didnt open until 8am, which is too late when on a work trip. Overall it was ok, love the building, staff werw nice enough. But not the best experience

There hotel has no parkinglot

I think the hotel has only recently opened. Unfortunately, no room service (yet?), no own parking, many tv channels didn’t work, only one soap type, no shampoo, conditioner, etc., the shower wasn’t working properly for hot water… came out in spurts and then kept stopping. Something wrong with the pump, I think. The rooms are lovely and the bed very comfortable…
