Location is the greatest benefit, you can practically walk to all the historic places. Plenty of places to shop and dine. Will stay here again!

An amazing find. Will stay again

We stayed for 3 nights during our visit to Seville. We arrived early,so the lady at the front desk ( at their sister property)offered to store the luggage until the room was ready. We loved the property. We are a family of four 2 adults and 2 teenage kids. The bedrooms were so spacious each with their own attached bath.Loved the closet space in the main bedroom. The property was very modern and clean. We used the kitchen and laundry and all the monuments were walkable with plenty of restaurants nearby. Our teenage kids were so happy with the size of their bedroom . Please note that the coffee pods and laundry soap are complimentary and for1 day only,so if you need more coffee pods you need to buy them .Highly recommend this property

We had a one night stop over in Seville. The apartment was in a great location. Check in was so easy even though there was no front desk all information was provided over text and any questions we had were answered immediately. Would definitely recommend. Only downside was that streets were quite noisy at night but after our travels this was something we realised we had to get used to.

The location was perfect, a two minute walk to the cathedral. Clean, well appointed apartment. The roof top patio was a great way to enjoy a cool Seville eve.

Great communication and accommodation. Room was very clean and we were pleasantly surprised with the kitchen and living room area. We were only there 1 night but the accommodations were so nice we wished we had stayed longer

We arrive with access to the place and had no issues. Loved it would stay here again!

It is a great place to stay.

Fantastic apartment, it is so close to the cathedral and being in the centre, it made everything walkable. The apartment had everything you could need. Communication was great, we had all the details we needed and the key being your phone was handy!

Great location and nice apartment with great amenities. Walkable to cathedral and Alcázar. Only thing is no shampoo and conditioner provided in bathroom and we have to go out and buy it.

The locks were very complicated & the app did not work. We had to pick up keys and that was not as convenient. We also had to sign many documents that we did online but then again in person. The process was quite cumbersome.

I wanted the 2 bathroom apartment and this property delivered with 2 large size bathrooms. They were clean, roomy and modern! The apartment was clean and the third double sofa bed was comfortable. It you are a light sleeper the bells of there cathedral may wake you up though. It did not really bother us too much.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean, spacious, beds are super comfortable, kitchen supplied sufficiently for what we needed, around the corner from Real Alcazar, many good eats all around.

We had an excellent stay in Seville. Apartment was clean and convenient to locations. We did not like the different locations we were given. to think of draggng and pulling our luggages going to the hotel office lounge to leave our luggages before check in time. Upon checking in, we have to go to a diff location for the apartment which is half a mile again dragging luggagaes on brick roads. otherwise, everything went well. i have to make sure next travel to ask for one location only. The electronic lock not helpful to people with limited technical know how

Even though the apartment was perfect , the fact that it had no concierge and you really had to be a high tech person to get in was a major problem. If you don't have wifi you are screwed.

Excellent location and very comfortable apartment! We had a issue with the air conditioning not operating but it was immediately fixed within 24 hours! Very responsive team and management! We would definitely stay here again!

The app key system is very unreliable and we were locked out for a time. They expected us to find another of their locations to get a key late at night. If this isn't an experience you want, stay elsewhere. Even the key card provided later didn't reliably open the door on the first try. Also, the bed is extremely hard, making it very difficult to sleep. The comforter was stained. We were also surprised to find the coffee cups were too small for the amount of coffee produced. Fortunately, I caught it before a mess ensued. Overrall, this place could be nice if they fix the issues but I don't recommend it currently.
