Strategic location for office, near PN

This hotel is perfect for business trips, but it's also great for a simple staycation. Overall, it's very good: clean, comfortable beds, and complete amenities. It only has cable TV, not a smart TV.

All requests were met, thank you. Friendly service, delicious breakfast, but lacking in variety. The Wi-Fi was smooth, and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, so finding dinner was easy, and it's close to TP and BG Junction. I was a little surprised that the kettle in my room hadn't been cleaned; it still had water from the previous guest. Hopefully, housekeeping will be more thorough in cleaning the room in the future. Other than that, I was satisfied with my stay at Ibis Tidar.

Solo trip, there are events that must be arranged all by yourself, it turns out that staying here feels like being with family and it is also fun to interact with all the kind hotel staff and feel their presence in greetings and quick movements when needing access to the laundry, cafe when entertaining clients or the private spa facilities.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the location was strategic and easily accessible. I stayed during Ramadan, when breakfast was busy and the number of guests was high, so the food refills were a bit slow.

Although the room size is not big, but the room is very comfortable and clean, all the furniture is very well maintained, especially there is a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Close to the port, so for Makassar and other destinations using DLU ships, you can stay here.

The food is not very varied, the taste is just okay, the pillows are hard, I got a pillow that looked like it had just been washed, so it was lumpy, sleeping was uncomfortable, not sound, the towels smelled, like the smell of boiled water from chicken livers and gizzards.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the oxtail soup is delicious. It's very clean and comfortable, and it's easy to get around.

Live up to the name. Great place

The staff was quite friendly, even though I arrived at 2 a.m. They inquired about the room's condition and were happy to accommodate my request. Toiletries were provided upon request.

The hotel is comfortable, close to the city and there are many restaurants around the hotel, just walk if you are hungry, safe and quiet.
