All the staff were friendly, I like the location, even though at night sometimes it was quite noisy with the motor bike sounds, but overall it was good.

Friendly staff. Upgraded to a suite, very spacious. Visited during Eid al-Fitr and looking for accommodation near Pati Unus.

There was no valet parking, no notification that the queen bed was empty, the water in the bathroom was unstable, but the security guard was very nice.

Staff were accommodating, nice rooms. Only downside was that my shower was not functioning properly.

Tempatnya bersiiih, kamarnya nyaman, pelayanannya ramah. Utk yg ambil kamar di lantai atas agau yg turun ke bawah, hrs siap angkut barang berat/ minta tolong ya, krn g ada lift disini. Parkir jg terbatas…. Tp diluar itu ini tmpt yg super nyaman…. Sampe anak sy minta extended

Try coming here because they're having a Ramadan promotion. And it just underwent a full renovation in August 2025. Book a suite with a pool view. The room is spacious, clean, and has a Qibla direction. There's also a free minibar. The bathroom is clean, but unfortunately the shower doesn't work. Breakfast is a set menu and can be delivered to your room. Unfortunately, because it's on the roadside, it can be quite noisy at night due to traffic. But overall, it's recommended.

Now they have the room type with a mini bar and are also improving the facilities by adding room service meals and a spa. Well done!

everything is so nice, except sound of motor cycles at sarurday night was so loud, but understood it beyond hotel control. might be good to provide ear plug for guests. overall will come back again

The front-end staff is very friendly and helpful, as are the security and parking staff. The location is quite close to several ministry buildings and several culinary spots, such as Sate Senayan, Starbucks, and Chadol Gujeolpan.

A strategic location hotel near Senayan City, good ambiance and spacious also calming room atmosphere

Overall hotel is clean and nice, but there are just 2 things I’d like to feedback: - Parking is very small so the cars had to be stacked in a small space, there is no valet so if someone wants to go out the owner of the car needs to move it by themselves - Room is very NOT soundproof, I stayed during the weekend and the motorcycle sounds at 12am is very loud
