It was good experience. The only things thats not so good the area of the reception, no sign at the lobby, i have to search here and there and they are located at the 2nd floor. Anyway, you need to change your number on call the hotel, i sent a text since July 2025 regarding by booking but never get a reply up till now 🤣🤣

Clean room, quick support staff.

Big room, they have a washing machine. The receptionist wasn't available at the desk, but it's okay.

Clean room, fully equipped, daily housekeeping, changing sheets and towels, free 2 bottles of water every day, but the location is a bit far from the center, more suitable for healing things

New apartment, full amenities, worth the money

The staff was quite nice except for the cleaning staff who were very rude and impolite. Knocking on the door at 11:59 and shouting to check out. Impolite. The hotel was ok but the alley was difficult to navigate and too narrow.

New room, nice and neat interior.

The room was clean and tidy, very ok. When we arrived, there weren't many staff, but when we contacted them, they were still very enthusiastic and the instructions were generally ok. Right near West Lake.

The location is quite strategic while in Hanoi. However, to enter the hotel location you have to go into an alley and it cannot be accessed by car. So from the highway you have to walk about 5-8 minutes into it. The hotel building is like a boarding house but the rooms are quite comfortable. Like an apartment with 2 rooms so it can accommodate 4-6 people.

Phòng đẹp, sạch, thơm, các bạn hỗ trợ nhiệt tình 24/7, check-in/out nhanh, thuê xe máy cũng nhanh. Xui là đang có công trình sửa đường nên hơi bụi và kẹt xe.

Khách sạn trong ngõ hẹp, chăn ga gối đệm cũ lễ tân thì chả thấy mặt mũi đâu

Masuk ke dalam gang, agak susah cari driver. Driver gak bisa tunggu depan pintu, dimana bahasa juga gak nyambung, jadi susah komunikasi untuk tunggu di mana. Hari pertama check in, saya tiba di lokasi jam 8 malam, tidak ada orang di depan resepsionis, ketuk pintu staf dan security juga gak ada orang standby, saya tunggu hampir 30 menit, akhirnya baru lihat mereka menaruh kunci kamar di atas meja begitu saja, apabila diambil orang lain kuncinya, ya sudah deh gak usah masuk saya malam itu, cuaca malam itu 14 derajat. Saya kedinginan di Lobby, karena Lobby mereka terbuka, jadi angin luar dapat masuk. Pokoknya bukan pengalaman yang baik.

Căn hộ đầy đủ nội thất, dụng cụ nấu nướng, sạch sẽ. Nằm trong đường nhỏ ô tô khó vào được, ai đi ô tô nên cân nhắc. Nhân viên nam lễ phép và nhiệt tình. Chỉ có bạn nhân viên nữ tỏ thái độ với khách khi thấy khách có nhiều bé nhỏ và không hỗ trợ nhiệt tình.

Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, tuy nhiên số hotline của nơi này để sai nên không thể gọi. Hơi xa trung tâm nhưng được cái yên tĩnh.

Good hotel but location a bit hard to find.

Con: Weird smell greeted me when I got to my room. I never saw anyone at the front desk ever for check in. Without my friend speaking Vietnamese it would have been difficult to check in. Pro: Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the area was reasonably quiet.
