For a budget hotel, this was up to my expectations, but I had an unpleasant experience. Someone threw a cigarette butt in my bathroom (through an air vent, I think), even though neither my sister nor I smoke. Then, the code to enter the room kept giving me errors.

The hotel is comfortable, the AC is cold, there is hot water too, but the mattress feels really springy, the bathroom floor is slippery and the door has no lock, the receptionist is friendly except for the grumpy girl.

The hotel staff was friendly, and overall it was good. Some details could be improved, such as coat/hat hangers and clothes hangers in the room and bathroom, and hot water in the bathroom. Still recommended.

The female staff in the lobby could be friendlier and more proactive. When I checked in and had difficulty checking in via the app, she responded half-heartedly while playing with her phone. There's a swimming pool, but it's unavailable. Parking is very limited if the rooms are full. The bed is hard, the shower is slow, and the AC can't be adjusted. Furthermore, breakfast is only a rice packet, which I don't think is worthy of being called breakfast.

The room is spacious enough for 4 people, two single beds and 1 queen bed, but when you enter the room there is a musty smell, the AC doesn't turn on immediately but you have to press the panel above it first, you have to climb a chair first, then the bathroom is not very clean, the bidet is broken and needs repair, the curtains are very old-fashioned. Maybe it can be repaired again in the future.

I didn't expect much because I knew the price was very affordable, but the bathroom was really dirty, the shower didn't work, there were cockroaches, no tissue was provided, and I had to ask for mineral water.

Unfriendly service. Facilities are minimal, even the toilets are combined, not as pictured. Checking in before 1:30 PM is a fee. It's terrible: no drinking water, only one towel.
