The room was clean and fragrant. Natasha's staff was very helpful. They provided Aqua, dishwashing liquid, sponges, soap, shampoo, and more. Everything was complete. They weren't stingy with amenities. Highly recommended.

You have no worries to stay here. All the real pict, all photos are in accordance with the actual condition of the unit, clean, complete and neat. With a price under 400k daily rent complete with Netflix, smart TV, dispenser (hot & cold) tea & coffee, microwave, stove, hairdryer, cold refrigerator, water heater, towels & toothbrushes, complete shampoo soap !!! Check in self service but the instructions are clear and the admin is fast response pool !!! On the ground floor there are snacks and minimarkets, there is a BCA ATM machine, complete pool, feels like staying in a hotel ⭐5 gonna be my favorite place to healing !!

I stayed at Joey for only one night. The night view was amazing. The self check-in process was very easy to understand. The cooking equipment was quite complete. I had requested a rice cooker beforehand, and it was provided. The only thing missing was a hanger or rack to dry clothes on the balcony, but it wasn’t a big issue—what matters is that I had an enjoyable stay😊

The host is very helpful, directed by WA, all self check in, clean room, fragrant, and clear directions, complete facilities, Will definitely book here again. tks

Friendly staff, cheap price, actually if compared to the price, the facilities are quite good but. 1. Not very clean (there are small animals that enter even though 1-2) 2. Some facilities are damaged even though they can still be used. 3. Access using a card is a bit difficult so it takes a while to get into the room. 4. The bathroom doesn't have a shower wc, it's not comfortable for cleaning. Other than that it's normal. Additional fee for motorbikes (5000/exit parking)

The unit is well maintained. There is a dispenser in the unit and complete dining equipment. The mattress and head pillow are very comfortable. Towels have been prepared by the manager with sweat-absorbent material. A hair dryer is also available. Overall satisfying!

new experience staying in this apartment. The key is taken from the mailbox according to the direction of the B Residence management. The room is nice, although small, but the design is good & compact. Recommended for staying in BSD in the BSD area rather than in a hotel. next time definitely stay at B Residence if you go to BSD

Very comfortable place to rest. Clean rooms and complete facilities. Large indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a very beautiful view of the city center of Serpong Tangerang and also the Aeon BSD mall. Cool👍🏻

The room is comfortable, clean, and well-arranged. Cool design. The ambience is nice. The mattress is comfortable (the cover is not thick), the pillows are foam. Toothbrush & toothpaste are provided, dispenser. There is a stove and cutlery. Water heater. Fast wifi, the view is really good. I love to stay here.

Comfort: Here, even though we are guests, we are welcomed by the staff and the OB with warm and polite greetings, a few moments after shopping with quite a lot of luggage, the security guard quickly helped open the lobby door while inviting us in. Hospitality: 99% Security: In the main lobby, there are 2 security guards and anyone who wants to enter will be asked first, each room unit has a key type (Access Card) and for elevator access there is also an Access Card. So when I rented I got 2 Access Cards (Elevator and Room) Facilities: Joey B Residence Admin is friendly and helpful even when the key (Access Card) is handed over by WA but detailed The kitchen is complete with a stove, cooking utensils, pan, spatula, spoon fork and even a ladle. Microwave, refrigerator, water heater, water dispenser Full gallon ✅ Full dishwashing soap✅ Full bath soap ✅ Full hair shampoo ✅ Toothbrush and toothpaste starter kit ✅ Fragrant towels according to the number of guests provided (Incidentally, I, my wife and child were given 3 towels) Oh yes, 2 pairs of sandals are also provided Tissue ✅ Extra bed (Mattress + 1 pillow provided because I confirmed that I have 1 child) No Additional Cost. ✅ There is also a hairdryer that my wife uses, Panasonic brand ✅ TCL brand TV + Netflix account ready to use.
