I ordered a 3*suite triple room, but in fact I was given only 2 rooms, 1 deluxe twin room, because it didn't fit, so we used an extra bed under the mattress, but at check out, the clerk insisted on charging the extra bed, even though they did not provide a large mattress according to the order I paid for, and the clerk was not friendly at all.

A budget hotel that is right for the location and the best price in Tarutung, only blankets don't seem to be replaced every time a guest checks out.

The staff is not friendly. The door to the room has a big gap.

The room was ordered for a triple room, but when I wanted to checkout I was told to pay for an extra bed for the room even though we didn't have an extra bed. Hot water is also not available. But it's okay to sleep for a while to continue the journey. The price is also 267k. For those who want to order, carefully make sure first. Either it's our room or it just happens to be a fad employee .
