The jogging track behind the hotel is amazing.

Staff was good and very friendly, take care of us and reasonable

late check in, staff was friendly, check in was fast, room was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast start as early as 6am, food spread was great. downside, no water bottle in the room, no sending iron to room but need to go to 3rd floor if need to iron, bathroom has no lock, it's a small see through glassed wall bathroom, except for the area in the middle.

The hotel staff is very helpful, friendly, very good.

The reception and security were helpful.

Pool is big and clean. Game room is equipped with arcade, ping pong, snooker. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Maintenance of the room can be improved.

Everything was okie except for the breakfast. Disappointed with the breakfast served. We came to the dining area around 7 AM and 70% of the meals finished already. Plus, there was no nasi lemak 🥲 I guess it is a mandatory dish for every hotel breakfast, even budget hotels serve it. Very disappointed. Feel like the breakfast was not Malaysian friendly. Please improve on the menu served. Everything else was nice.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Even the foreign security guards are good in English and communication. The place is great overall. The room is okay for the price. I got a medium-size fridge (I love it) in the hotel room, but the space is a little bit limited and tight (I booked a twin room with my buddy). The location is very near to HCTM UKM (800m) and behind this hotel is the famous Tasik Permaisuri Cheras. There are eateries nearby (I ate in a nearby food truck place) and within this hotel itself, there are 7-Eleven and Starbucks. There is a great swimming pool (open 7 a.m.-9 p.m.), gym (24-hour) and many game rooms on the 6th floor. There are others on level 3A (spa, warm swimming pool, many game rooms, etc.) but it is only for residents, not for hotel guests. However, there are no clear signages about this. I only found out about this on my own when my access card couldn’t access the facilities on level 3A. Only then I found out about facilities on level 6. My access card also can’t access the elevator in the West wing (there are three elevators). I can only use it with the East and Central (lobby) wings. After 10 p.m., the gym can only be accessed through the West wing, so there comes the problem. Despite this, I love this hotel and have a mostly great experience. I will come again.

Too noisy especially from groups

The choice for food is limited. The hotel is just like an elderly place to stay

Cozy place to spend the weekend with your kids, also provided with a clean park, Taman Tasik. Will recommend this place.

Hitel is very good for families... spacious rooms, fast wifi, HD TV, so the kids are happy... clean rooms, clean bathrooms, complete towels, unfortunately there is no tea and coffee, no sandals, far from the city center.

The hotel is comfortable and the atmosphere is calming. Facilities and access to SMEs can be done on foot. The jogging track is good and the environment is full of trees and there is a lake. Unfortunately the variety of breakfast is lacking and there are not many choices of food. Omelettes and pancakes are not available.

I had unpleasent check in process with the reception. Unpleasent check out process too from the same person, who is a trainee. Very disappointed stay after so many rounds in the hotel.

OK, but room has not enough things to use (ex: slippers.).
