Enthusiastic staff Breakfast bar with few dishes Ksan will be 350-450m from the sea (7-10 minute walk), not adjacent to the sea, but going straight out is also going to the freshwater beach with a fee of 5k/person (bathing). The staff is extremely nice and enthusiastic. The breakfast is diverse, delicious, and suitable for Northern guests. Walking to the beach is also close but you have to cross a 3-way intersection with a lot of vehicles so it's a bit scary ^^ The hotel is also near Bac My An market, convenient to go to the market to enjoy delicious Da Nang food.

Mình vừa có kì nghỉ đi chơi Đà Nẵng rất vui. Khách sạn rất dễ thương, đẹp, lịch sự, sạch sẽ, dễ thương. Mọi thứ đều trên cả tuyệt vời. Nếu có dịp mình sẽ vẫn ở đây. Phòng có view hướng ra biển cũng xinh lắm mặc dù mình đi chơi suốt ít ở phòng ngắm cảnh view

The hotel is clean, near the sea, with sea view rooms. enthusiastic staff to help, support to rent motorbikes, places to play with the price I book 1 million/2 nights, sea view room as shown in the picture, it is so worth it

Great vacation, really chill. I got a very clean room, nice view. Breakfast was delicious, I'm a picky eater, but the buffet suited my taste. The hotel has both types of sauna, I really like it. We walked to the beach in a few minutes, walking and watching the street was really interesting. The most impressive thing is that the staff is very friendly, quick, consulting on tour vehicles and other things very quickly. If I have the chance, I will book again. I will introduce Lavencos hotel to my relatives and friends.
