Welllll.... actually the hotel is okay.. can see the train... spacious room.. spacious balcony too.... but unfortunately a lot of tomcats entered the room.. in the bathroom.. on the bed.. and on the balcony windows there are a lot of tomcats stuck to... so it's scary if it's terrorized by tomcats.. Hotel management.. please exterminate the tomcats.. oh yeah btw.. the lights are not bright enough... in the hallway it feels really scary.. thanks

The hotel was nice, but the playground was a mess, and the pool water was a bit murky, probably due to the crowds. The food was varied, but somewhat bland.

The room is big, the water is strong, the strawberry choco cake is delicious, but it's a bit noisy because it's behind the train tracks.

In the executive room, there was a minibar extending behind the bed, the function of which was unclear, and the door latch was missing (it was broken). The soap dispenser was also broken.

I had a very comfortable staycation at the Grand Miami Kepanjen for 6 days and 5 nights! The staff were friendly and helpful, and they always asked me if I wanted my room cleaned. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was no problem. Best hotel in Kepanjen!

Dirty swimming pool, traveled all the way to enjoy the facilities... it was a dud. The hotel seems understaffed, the rooms are okay, the distance to the city is far, and the breakfast is so-so.

It was a cozy room and quiet ambiance.
