Belum sempat masuk kamar. Karena saat sampai sudah beda hari pemesanan. Kami bersedia pemesanan ulang tapi resepsionis minta pemesanan secara offline. Tidak ada kamar/habis untuk pemesanan secara online. Karena bertele-tele kami batalkan untuk menginap.

At first, I changed rooms because the air conditioner was not cold, the next day after changing rooms, the bathroom water was clogged and didn't run after showering.
