We stayed for three nights in two rooms. One room had a problem with the AC, and the shower faucet was also problematic. Why was it sold like this? The other room's AC wasn't cold enough either.

In short, it feels like home.

I was given a room with inadequate cleanliness. Just opened the door and there was a very bad smell (like a corpse that had been rotting in the room for days). My question is, when there will be guests staying, is it not cleaned first? Is it not checked for suitability? We stay there to rest, not to spend the night with a corpse. When we were given a new room, it turned out that the tap water was off, only the shower, making it very difficult for Muslims to perform ablution.

The staff is not helpful, the room is dirty and dusty, there is hair in the bathroom sink, there is a stove but it was not informed that there was no gas, when asked to the staff, my WA was not replied, the wifi also cannot connect to the internet, the access card for the elevator is not updated so it often errors and cannot be accessed up, I have to ask the security guard first, I have already rented for 2 days but I am willing to give up the one day because I can't stand staying here
