Staff very friendly and helpful. Location very strategic and the best thing is got pasar malam behind hotel. We also tried spaghetti creamy tomyam and that the best one! Breakfast also okay but not so much variety. Requested for simple deco and slice of cake but hotel granted with very very beautiful decoration, thank you very much for the effort. The cons is the slide I think dangerous to try. Saw a few people hurt during using the slide. Maybe can improve to use plastic slide instead of the cement one. Aircond in my room quite noisy and got leaking at night.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Every Saturday night there is a pasar malam near the hotel. A lot of shop lots are nearest by walking distance. Children enjoyed the swimming pool.

The light should be easier to access by clicking once, not twice. The lift should be maintained. At midnight, it was not easy to turn on the room light at first. The lift stopped halfway, making me think it was not clean. After staff helped turn on the light, it became comfortable, so-so.

The hotel and room are just nice. There is also a pool so it's fun for the whole family to take a bath. But the aircon is not very cold..

Very satisfied with our stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, kids' facilities (pool & kid's room) were all great.

The room is clean, the space is satisfactory... only the toilet tiles are a bit slippery... I've stayed here more than 3 times... breakfast is also ok, the bread pudding is the best... and there's hot longan water... fresh to drink in the morning... the pool is suitable for children... overall everything is satisfactory...

1. Receptionist: The female one is a little less friendly. But maybe that's her style. I'm fine with it. I just see that she's a little fed up. 2. The room got an aircon that wasn't cold. It was very hot. She changed to another room. Good. 3. The problem with the room that was supposed to be soundproof was that the aircon was ok. I changed to a shared room but she locked the door. But I still saw a hole below that I could peek through at the foot of the shared lock door. It's very dangerous. 4. The towels that were provided smelled of cotton. I get the room 409 with facility was not ok such as telephone not functioning, pipe cable in toilet leaking, aircond not cool even lower the temperature, the worst part got cockroach appear in the morning.

Good location & safe area. Near to city centre of Shah Alam.

The room is a little small but still comfortable. Only the aircon is not very good. Maybe the owner can consider changing to a new aircon. The existing model is very outdated.

I recently stayed at this hotel (Room 202) and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. One of the main issues was the noise from the air conditioning compressor, which was located directly next to my room. The constant humming throughout the night made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom facilities were not up to standard. The water drainage was very slow, causing water to accumulate on the floor for an extended period after each shower. While the hotel’s location is convenient and other facilities may be satisfactory, these issues significantly impacted my overall comfort. Furthermore, the breakfast and lunch buffet offered limited food choices, which was another downside to my stay. I hope the hotel management will address these concerns promptly, as they affect the overall guest experience.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was quite disappointed with the room. My room 202 was located right next to the air conditioning compressor, so it was extremely noisy throughout the night — the constant humming made it hard to sleep. On top of that, the bathroom wasn’t great either. The water drained very slowly, leaving the floor wet for a long time after showering. The location and other facilities might be fine, but the noise issue and bathroom problem really affected my comfort. I hope the hotel management will take steps to fix these problems.

big room is the best, room number 105 is family friendly. ........
