The first time I stayed at this hotel was very pleasant, the location is very strategic, close to everywhere, the hotel staff is very friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, the only small minus is that the room's AC is not cold enough, next time I go to Semarang I will stay here again.

Flexible staff. Check-in and check-out are easy, and there's easy access with an elevator from the parking lot, allowing you to go straight to your room after your activities. The room is well-lit, with large windows and blackout curtains. Daily cleaning is done with a fireplace and towels changed. A suggestion would be to prepare the room by turning on the AC from check-in so it's already cool upon arrival. Fine dining can be enjoyed on the top floor, and I highly recommend the service, especially the restaurant menu and the classy atmosphere.

The location is very strategic, right in front of DP Mall & Lawang Sewu. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, valet parking is fast, the rooms are spacious, very clean, complete with amenities, and there is a smart TV (youtube & netflix). The soundproofing in the room is a bit lacking as you can still hear footsteps and people talking outside. The food menu is varied and the taste is standard.

First time staying at Quest Prime Hotel Semarang, entering the lobby is really beautiful, the lobby is also spacious, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast menu is not very varied and when I arrived at 8 am, most of it was already sold out, huhu (btw breakfast is from 06.00-10.00). The swimming pool facilities are clean, the gym is also clean and spacious, there is a restaurant with a view on the 15th floor, the room is clean and fragrant, but unfortunately I got a corner room near the luggage storage so it was a bit noisy when the staff was bringing in or storing luggage, but it is recommended, it is close to DP Mall, Lawang Sewu and next to k3mart 🤍

The staff are very friendly.....the location is very strategic, for example, if you want to look for food at night, in front of the hotel there are meatballs and chicken noodles and there is a DP mall and in the Lawangsewu area there are also food sellers and places to hang out while enjoying live music.

Parking is narrow 🙏 Everything is really ok 👍😍

This is a great hotel, my first time staying here because it's close to the mall and Lawang Sewu. I was very impressed when I checked in at midnight and received excellent service. Thank you. The hotel's central location in Semarang made it easy to explore the city's attractions. Furthermore, the hotel's rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly.

The room is okay... it's clean too... but the breakfast lacks variety and tastes just so-so.
