The room was spacious and nicely decorated. However, for certain facilities (ironing equipment and a hairdryer) you need to request them from the receptionist, as there was no telephone in the room the last time I checked. Sandals are also only available upon request, which is a bit inconvenient, especially since even lower-star hotels usually provide them in the room. Also, there is no roof covering the walkway from the rooms or lobby (hotel check-in area) to the parking space, so in case of rain, your suitcases will get wet. They offer café-style menu options instead of a buffet for breakfast, and most of the dishes are tasty, except for the fried rice. The bathroom was basic, but spacious (they don’t separate the shower area from the toilet, so all area can get wet), They have bidet seat instead of handheld bidet.

Fantastic hotel, great pool, spacious clean rooms, and friendly service. Can't ask for more if you want a convenient location off the main road in Kuta, Lombok.

Krna pas gw nginep d sini, gw jarang banget ngeliat orang lokal yg nginep d sini. Untuk konsep hotel ini mirip kayak ala2 santorini. Gw pribadi kurang suka dengan konsep kayak gini. Gw lbh suka hotel yg modern minimalis. Tp kalo buat kalian yg suka hotel dengan konsep ala2 santorini. Ini bisa jd rekomendasi. Biasa makanan biasa aja. Standard.

The hotel is located near Kuta Beach, and also in the center of vibrant area. Affordable price with good quality accommodation. Spacious bedroom as well as the bathroom.

The room is clean and cozy. Wifi, AirCon, Shower Water Heater worked well. The location is in central Kuta Raya. Too bad, when it was about 5AM, I heard mosque call to prayer (and it was so loud).

The service is really good, it feels like 5star, the breakfast is not a la carte but the taste of the food is really good, the rooms are clean and the building is very instagramable. If you go to Kuta, Lombok, you must come here.

Hotelnya masih baru, interior nya bagus, cuma agak PR aja lift nya rusak, jadi dari lantai 2 tuh ke lantai 3 naik tangga, kebetulan hotelnya 3 lantai, telepon buat ke receptionist ga ada di kamar, jadi kalo mau nanya atau perlu apa apa susah, ga ada toiletries item, lahan parkirnya kecil jadi jauh buat parkir, staff nya ramah dan baik.

Overall, solid. The rooms are spacious and unique for the bathroom. Just a little doubtful because there is a big enough gap in the bathroom. The swimming pool is a bit small so you can't swim much. The breakfast is delicious and the location is near the crowds (Kuta raya street)
