The bathroom in the superior room is outside. If you bring children, it's a hassle to have an outside bathroom. In the end, we upgraded for an additional 100,000 Rupiah. The feedback was to include a note that the bathroom is outside so customers can adjust. The last meal to be delivered to the room was at 7 PM, which was a bit of a hassle, so we had to buy food outside.

The swimming pool was okay, but the rooms were very uncomfortable. It turned out the bathrooms were shared and dirty. There was trash strewn around outside the rooms, and the water was off. We waited almost 8 hours for it to come back on, and they didn't offer a solution. In the end, we complained and asked for a room upgrade.

Be careful with hidden costs. The reception asking more money unless they downgrade your hotel room facilities. My experience, I have to pay tp. 50.000 more per night to get what I should have paid for.

Vehicle security and hotel cleanliness are lacking, the door handle is broken on one side, the main door of the house is not locked, the bathroom is apparently not directly in the room and the bathroom is very small, the staff is not friendly and if you want to report, check out far from the accommodation.
