Highly recommend, 5-star hotel, excellent service, clean, tidy, good breakfast, excellent location, one minute walk from the train, entertainment venues.

Overall experience was wonderful, great room & services. But the breakfast was so-so, fruits were excellent but not much food options available and not separating the halal food.

Bustling location, near the center, about 400m walk to BTS. However, it will be noisy if you stay on a lower floor because the music near the beer gardens is still loud at night. I stayed on the 20th floor and could still hear the music when I was about to go to bed. The room is clean, the view is nice, the facilities are okay, I booked a room with a jacuzzi but the tub was broken and couldn't be used. The breakfast was bad, the dishes were not diverse, or maybe it didn't suit my taste. I went to the swimming pool & gym and found it small and not beautiful. With this price, I think there are better hotels. However, the plus point is the friendly staff, you can check in early when there is a room.

Hotel location are walking distance to bts, and surrounded with convenient/pharmacy store, massage parlour, restaurant and night club. Room is very clean and comfortable. The only thing need to improve is their shuttle service.

Rooms were clean and view was nice. We slept well and enjoyed our stay. Very good location for drinking and late night food! Would definitely recommend.

Great facilities, Nice service mind form staffs but there ' s something to improve on. 1. Communication: some of staff can't talk in english which leads to misunderstanding our requests. 2. Front-Desk contact: In the late night, I found a difficulties to contact with Hotel Front-Desk (24hrs), I called multiple times but no response and even call me back.
