I had a wonderful stay at Fairuz Hotel! The location is perfect—very easy to access and close to the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast; the taste and variety were excellent for the price. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, the sheets and towels were also clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bathroom was also clean and the shower had hot water, so it was a pleasure to take a shower :) Thank you for the Companion Fairuz Hotel.

The first time I stayed here, it was comfortable, quiet and the room was super spacious, there were just a few things that needed improvement, such as cleanliness and some electronics that weren't working properly. Otherwise, it was very comfortable. If I have the chance to come here, I will definitely come here again.

Quite nice, the problem is when the hotel is full you can't hardly get warm water and it makes the stay less comfortable, especially if you bring kids considering the weather in Takengon is cold. The menu for breakfast is limited and not kid-friendly (spicy).

Strategic location. The building is still new. Clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast food is delicious. The view from the roof top is amazing. The price is very affordable.
