Great hotel

This has to my place to stay anytime i visit Johannesburg. I really love this hotel. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. The location is awesome as you can walk into the nearby shopping mall. One of my major concerns about traveling is being able to cook my own food, at this hotel, we were able to buy groceries and cooked our food. It's such a love place. A very big hotel in size though. I highly recommend.

The room was comfortable and was pleased with that. I did not receive the best customer service at the club house or management. Service needs to improve.

The location was great. Not too far from Sandton Center. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is modern in every aspect. No issues with our stay.

Great service from wonderful staff

Hard to find any faults with this property. Clean and modern with good dining and helpful efficient staff.

Like a second home with great staff and big spacious rooms

He was staff at the hotel! Especially Bradley at Front desk!!

The hotel was very beautiful. I stayed in the junior suite which aslo had amazing views of the city at night and in the morning.
