Had a really good stay, although the tv wasn’t working properly and I only had one set of towels, when it was booked for 2, but this was remedied by speaking with reception. The only moan I have is the lack of electrical power points by the bed side

Lovely staff, restaurant and playground. Especially the splash pool! The hotel was clean and modern. But far far too hot! The rooms dont have air-conditioning and the windows only open a crack. There was no fan in the room even until we asked for one. Which then only circulated hot air. Too hot to sleep, sweat dripping off you hot! The stairway is an oven too with a two story glass wall and no windows! Breakfast not served on week days and not a bottle of water in a single vending machine. Its a shame because otherwise its perfect for a family short trip.

This was a one night stay for us and the room, beds, bathroom were all clean although fairly basic- tv remote didn’t work, shower was over a bath with curtain. The club room type facilities with bar, dining options and friendly staff were however all good for what we needed. So value for money and most important clean and well maintained.

Really good quality of room and very spacious. Great bed comfort and better secure doors to when I last stayed two years ago. The resort did decent food in a western style of meals. However they did not offer any breakfast options. Good all round WiFi but it was very slow. Good parking also.

Had a deluxe room with balcony,very nice massive bed,tv etc. only problem I had was managed to set off smoke alarm after using shower! The sensor is too close to the bathroom! Good wake up call for my neighbours though!

For the price I paid, and never mind the price, it was amazing value and great stay - clean, tidy, quiet, free parking & really helpful staff, comfortable bed, good shower and quick wifi. Everything you could need. You can here next door guests but it's ok. Defintely recommend, thank you team

Got to the property late (as pre arranged) and managed to locate the reception person after finding the emergency number. Room was clean but a little tired looking apart from a new thick carpet. Facilities generally good but no plug sockets next to the bedside tables. I am a CPAP user so had to have the power lead running from the desk area on one side of the room to the bedside table on the other side creating a trip hazard across the floor.

Really good stay, was very nice and clean and bed was very nice and comfy would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and tidy good parking only thing another grab handle on the wall for older people getting in and out for a shower possible could slip other wise no complaints

For the price we paid, the room was surprisingly spacious, had been recently renovated so in excellent condition and also very clean. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, however the staff on reception at the time of check in were both very friendly and helpful. When booking a less expensive get-away for just one night, this honestly had everything you would need. Again, just to highlight, in comparison to most places we have stayed in this price bracket, the room was exceptionally spacious and well maintained, really couldn’t say a bad word about it!

The hotel was clean and had basically what we needed. Luckily we brought our own fan as there wasn’t one in our room and it was ver hot. The rooms could be made better by having a mini fridge. Security Chain broken on door 10 that needs to be fixed. The restaurant wasn’t great, floors really dirty and there is no one available to regularly clear and clean tables. The water play was turned off at 5:30pm and it was still 27 degrees so that was disappointing. For such a new place I expected cleaner standards in the main building. Overall the stay was cheap and I would stay again.

Mostly enjoyed our stay. Room clean and suitable for short stay. No toiletries on first night just soap. Only 2 cups for 3 adults had to go to bar for an extra cup. No extension lead available so glad we took our own although not really long enough. Disappointed to find door not secured properly after cleaners had been in.

Great hotel as always. I would recommend to everyone
