Great location. AC did not work the entire time we were there which made for very uncomfortable conditions during the daytime and early night. Host should have notified us prior to arriving, refunded our money, and allowed us to book elsewhere, or at least offered a discounted rate.

The air conditioning didn't work on both days, we were very hot and had no solution, this bothered us a lot

Location is perfect and safe and no noise from street.

The location of the property was very central and we appreciated being only a walking distance away from many spots and two Metro stations. There could have been more comfortable seating in the unit though and the hot water in the showers needed to be more consistent.

Property is in a great location; however rooms need an upgrade and probably should be a 3 star place. Shower only holds about 5 minutes of hot water and beds are okay. I like that it does have a refrigerator and large glass window to let in fresh air…can be loud in the evening since it’s in the heart of the district …overall about a 7 but location makes it an 8.

The property was nice, clean and secure. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. Just Don’t expect to sleep until 4 am because it’s right in the middle of a busy district and you can hear everything outside.

Room was clean and quiet. First experience using all online but wound up working very well.

It's self check in (no reception first off) but the instructions were super clear. Prime location ! Lots of stuff around. Elevator is slow and a tad scary at night since it gives abandonned apartment vibes. I had an early check in for 12 noon, since it was self check in I let myself up and at 11:55 am people were still cleaning. Overall + prime location + easy self check in + safe.

Excellent location, very clean facility

All what you need ...right in the centre ...near Gran Via ...Checa and Tribunal ... Safe and quiet .. Nice touches with camera ...gym access and breakfast suggestions ... The representative ...sorry I did not get her name was very friendly as were the other members of staff ....if you need somewhere in the middle of things ...this place is exactly what you need... I had a great time.

Very good room. Large. Clean. Good localization. Easy access tech way with the keys.

The base of the bed was stained and dirty-looking. Also the location in a random building is quite different than other Bob W stays I've done previously.

It was really nice and cosy. The only thing was that the bathroom smelled a bit weird, but it was bearable and everything else was fine. It was very safe and at a very centric spot in town.

Cama muito confortável. Quarto espaçoso e cozinha compartilhada. Sentimos falta de uma pia na cozinha com torneira. No geral, ótimas comodidades e excelente localização. Há duas máquinas de lavar roupas disponíveis para os hóspedes utilizarem. A Lola foi muito atenciosa e simpática ao nos receber e durante a estadia.
