The hotel was clean, great location, great service, overall great place to stay! I especially liked included buffet breakfast, the laundry service and the Onsen.

A great stay - hotel is well located for walking, bus or tram to everywhere we wanted to go. Our queen room was spacious and had all the amenities. The onsen was lovely. Laundry was a big plus - wash was free and dry only 100 yen. And they have an ice machine which was a great benefit given the hot summer weather. Easy checkin - they stored our luggage and dealt with receiving our luggage shipped from Kyoto. Staff are helpful and friendly. A great value too. Highly recommend!

The staff were so helpful and the onsen and other amenities were fantastic. Close to tons of hole-in-the -wall dining, as well as nightlife and shopping. Easy walk to the Peace Park Memorial and a lovely stay all around.

This was the best hotel I stayed in during my recent visit to Japan. Very spacious, lots of perks, and a beautiful onsen. The hotel is walking distance to sites of interests and very close to shops and restaurants. Thank you very much to the beautiful staff. Super recommend!

Pleasantly surprised by the amenities this hotel offered. From free ice cream after a dip in the hot spring to manga to read near the restaurant, it was very pleasant. They were also very helpful in getting me a new room after my rooms’s air conditioning broke. Would recommend

Love love love my stay with Dormy Inn Hiroshima Annex! The location was prefect - just a 20 mins short walk from Hiroshima Stat. or 5 min bus ride (there's a bus stop 2 mins away from the hotel). It's located on the main street but the area was very quiet at night. They also provide shuttle bus to Hiroshima Stat. daily - only in the morning though and reservation is needed. A huge supermarket across the street which opens till 11pm - it has everything you need from food, snack, drinks, drugs store...etc. Staff was nice and accommodating - I've requested a room on higher floor during check-in and they were able to make the arrangement at the spot. Last but not least - their onsen on the top floor was amazing! Not only it opens everyday from 3pm till 10 am next morning - it's perfect if you're an night owl like me and prefer to have a late-night onsen session by yourself in the middle of the night! They also offered complimentary ramen, yogurt drink and popsicle throughout the day :) Will definitely come back again soon

The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice.

Great location, spacious rooms and very nice and accommodating staff. Also lots of great restaurant options within walking distance not to mention convenient stores across the street and about a 10 minute bus ride from the train station.

The hotel was very well appointed and I knew what to expect having stayed in a Dormy Inn before. Great facilities that include onsen and free ramen. The location was slightly further from theain area but had a good range of restaurants within walking distance.

The room was tiny, but typical for Japan. The bathroom had an excellent shower, with great water pressure. The best part about the hotel was the onsen, our first introduction to this part of Japanese culture. The facilities were superb! The ice cream was an added bonus.
