I chose this hotel out of necessity after switching hotels at the last minute while rushing to find a place to stay. Surprisingly, it turned out to be one of the best hotels I’ve experienced. What was supposed to be just a work trip became a very enjoyable stay. The lake view is beautiful, and the sunrise in the morning is simply perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the hotel is very budget-friendly. Just make sure you book one with a view. Overall, it felt like a peaceful escape from the busy pace of Vienna and completely exceeded my expectations.

I had a great experience at this hotel, especially during check-in. Husayn, who helped us at the front desk, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He made the check-in process smooth and quick, and his friendly attitude immediately made us feel comfortable after arriving. He took the time to answer our questions and ensured everything was set up perfectly for our stay. Honestly, I don’t really know what to think about this hotel. I’m here with a group, and the hotel itself is quite nice, but the receptionist’s willingness to help was basically zero. Unfortunately, I’m really not feeling well today, so I asked the receptionist if he had a mug because I needed to make a hot Coldrex drink to lower my fever so I could be fine with the group tomorrow. He said they don’t have any mugs, only glasses. I can already imagine drinking a hot drink from a glass. There’s a kettle in the room, and they even have a coffee machine at the reception, so they definitely do have mugs. But after reading the reviews, it seems this keeps happening over and over again — unhelpful staff.”

I stayed in one of the suites for a one-night staycation, and it was absolutely incredible. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.The suite itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt incredibly warm and comfortable. I stayed on one of the highest floors, and the view was simply extraordinary — waking up to that skyline was a highlight of my trip.Everything about the room felt extra thoughtful and well-maintained. It was exactly the peaceful, cozy escape I needed. I was able to rest so well and recharge completely.I truly enjoyed my stay and I’m already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vienna or looking for a quiet, luxurious retreat in the city.

The hotel is one of the tallest building in Europe built with combined wood structure. Very modern and luxurious. Although is a bit father away from the City Center, but a huge win as you have direct access to a very nice park and swimming lake right in front of the hotel and only 100 m to the subway.
