Everything was great

This is a solid three star resort, small, quiet, and overall enjoyable. We came for 4 nights and extended our stay by two additional nights. Pros: quiet, with nicely landscaped and well maintained grounds. The pool is good size and they also have a kiddy pool that our 16 months old daughter greatly enjoyed. Breakfast and dinner are good, nice selection, and hot dishes changed daily. There is also enough space in the restaurant and ample seating outside around the pool. Pool sun beds look rather new and are comfortable. The rooms are on a smaller side, but offer a good space for two adults with a child. Beds are very comfortable, and having a small fridge and free water was great. The bathroom is nice and clean, good water pressure. The beach is beautiful and large for a hotel of this size. Ample number of sun beds that also look rather new. Excellent bar area on the beach, with artsy touches and comfy seating. Live music was very nice. Not so great aspects: the hotel doesn’t seem to be professionally managed. Small staff works extremely hard, but friendliness and professional presentation are lacking. Front desk staff needs professional training too. We wanted to extend our stay, and they couldn’t tell us if they had rooms available. We extended on Expedia and had to insist on staying in our original rooms. Oh and the Wi-Fi! It’s a pain to connect if your cell number is from outside Turkey. Dinner starts at 7:30, which was too late for us, esp for our daughter.

Well designed hotel with high quality material. Layout gives spacing between guests. Lots of open spaces for recreation and ample parking.

Hotel is sold as sea view in Expedia but when arrived the receptionist said they didn’t offer those type of rooms. The hallway stairs were dark when the bell boy took us to our room, when walking out it was dangerous. We had to ask for them to teach us how to light up our way. Those are my only 2 complaints. Everything else was perfect.

Our stay was wonderfu 😎 The hotel has all the amenities, comfort and luxury of the best spas and hotels the area, BUT what made the difference was the cleaning ladies, the food (kudos to the kitchen staff), and especially the waiter named Mehmet and the young Memetereh. Their service and always smiling faces will stay with us long after we leave for home. Thinking of Mehmet and Memetereh will make us definitely recommend this place to all our friends and family. çok teşekkür ederim!

Otelin konumu çok güzel özellikle plaja çok yakın. Ancak sadece bu kadar. Plaj halka açık ücret ile otel misafiri olmayanlar da girebiliyor ancak konaklama yaptığım tarihler hafta içi sezon sonu ve okul zamanı olduğu için gelem kimse yoktu. Sabah erken saatte plaja gittiğimde oturduğum bölümün sadece ücretli için olduğunu benim diğer tarafı kullanabilceğimi söyledi personel. Gecebilceğimi söylediği tarafta zaten ilk 3-4 sıra sezlonglar dolmustu kendi oturduğum tarafta 1 kişi bile yoktu. Kalablaık ve cocuklu aileler ile iç içe oturmak istemediğim için mevcut yerde kalmak için ne yapmam gerektiğini sordum 750₺ ücreti olduğunu söyledi :) Ben de plajdan ayrıldım. Bu arada beachte ücretli de olsanız otel misafiri de olsanız herhangi bir hizmet söz konusu değil canlı bir ortam yok sadece isteklerinize karsı çıkan çalışanlar var müzik vs yok bilgilendirme karsılama yok havlu temini için yine çalışan kovalamak gerekiyor Otel odaları güzel balkon ya da bahcesi var esyalar yeni durumda Yemekler sabah akşam açık büfe şeklinde iki adet restoran belirtilmiş tanıtımda ancak sanırım bunlar pool bar ve beach bar sadece aperatif mevcut çeşitlilik fena değil ortalama aç kalmazsınız kesinlikle Havuz ve cevresi gününüzün tamamının gectiği yer nerdeyse temizlik iyiydi kapasitesi yetersiz cocuklar için özellikle. Yetişkinlere hüzecek alan kalmıyor. Burda da sıkıntı yine personel kaynaklı misafirler arasında gezen yok bi isteğinizde çağırınca birbirlerine paslıyorlar vs.

Otel çok güzel konumu harika. Ufak tefek sıkıntılar vardı. Aslında dile getirmezdim ama hizmetin düzelmesi ve konaklayacakların bilgi edinmesi için yazma gereği duydum. Girdiğimizde harika olan Oda temizliği ertesi gün yetersiz kaldı. Plajı halka da açmışlar. Oradaki görevli. Bi hafta sonu para kazanıyoruz. İdare edin diye saçma bi tavır takındı. Onun dışında Herşey mükemmel

Positiv: - Ausstattung und Qualität des Gebäudes - Top Service am Privat-Strand, Bestellung läuft über einen QR Code und ist prompt da! Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. -Strandtücher werden gestellt ( alle frisch gewaschen ) -enorm viel Parkplätze -ruhige Lage -Kellner im Hotel alle freundlich ( negative Teil siehe unten) - abends Live Musik Negativ: -Frükstück: eine glatte 6!!! Kantinenfrühstück wenn ich 240 Euro für eine Nacht inkl. Frühstück bezahle erwarte ich frischen Kaffe, Saft und genügend Auswahl an Auflagen etc. Kaffe und Saft musste man extra bezahlen. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption gibt es nur türkischen Tee und eine Flasche Wasser zum Frühstück. Absolutes NoGo!!!! Tische wurden vom Personal nur auf zuruf neu gedeckt. Beim Teekocher waren überall Pfützen, Gläser haben gefehlt, keine Teelöffel und und und... Nuggets und Pommes zum Frühstück waren labbrig und kalt. Nichts war beschriftet. Es gab nichtmal Rührei nur gekochte Eier den ich nicht ganz vertraut habe! Frisches Brot musste man sich selber schneiden, eigentlich kein Problem aber stumpfe Messer und kein Tuch um das Brot zu halten. Die Gäste haben Servietten benutzt um das Brot zu schneiden. Die Köchin kam mal sporadisch vorbei und hat bißchen in den Salaten rumgestochert und war schon wieder weg. Ich empfehle einen Restaurantleiter!!Am letzten Tag hab ich das Frühstück ausgelassen. Total entnervt. -Preise waren hoch -Abendessen als Buffet ( 1500 TL/31,50€) p.Person, Getränke extra

Temiz sakin güzel bir otel aile için uygun Denizi çok güzel Yemekler lezzetli

Ben açıkçası bu kadar iyi bir yer beklemiyordum. Tavsiye üzerine gelmiştik. Öncelikle atmosfer harika tüm çalışanlar güleryüzlü insanlar ve içten. Denizi mükemmel. Otelin yemekleri güzel ve lezzetli. Hijyen iyi. Odalar biraz küçük özellikle banyo. Ama tesisin bütün son derece kaliteli. Tavsiye ediyorum.

Kısacası tekrar Assos tatilimizde burayı tercih etmeyi planlıyoruz.

İki gece konakladık, çok güzel ve dinlendiriciydi, deniz çok güzeldi.

Daha önce de konaklayıp sevdiğimiz için tekrar gittik. Yine çok memnun kaldık. Sadece bir gün havuzun içinden birkaç peçete çıkardım, buna belki biraz dikkat edilebilir. Çocuklu ailelere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Açık büfe iyileştirilebilir.Onun dışında herşey iyiydi.Yalnız çocuklu aileler için çok daha uygun.Solo gezenler ya da çiftler için ortak alanlar üzebilir gürültü ve kalabalık açısından.

Odamız çok temizdi, çalışanlar çok çok tatlı ve ilgililerdi. Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik sayelerinde. Tekrar gelsem asla başka bir yere bakmadan direk burada kalırım

Otel temiz butik denize sıfır plajı güzel çalışanlar gayet çalışkan ve ilgili ancak sabahları kahve makinası yok bir de odadaki klima yeterince serinletmiyor onun dışında hiçbir sıkıntı yok çok beğendim tavsiye ederim

Oda temizliği ve odaların durumu iyi değildi

Odalar yenilenmiş ve temiz. Biz memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı için daha kaliteli ürünler kullanılsa şahane olur.

Duş suyunun soğuk olması dışında bir problem yaşamadık. Kahvaltısı, havuzu, plajı gayet iyiydi.
