Room clean and comfortable I really like it

Web site said it was pet friendly. Yes and they charge extra for the dog. They charged 50% of the room rate. Excessive fee and I had no choice. 2.nd rear security door was misaligned and partially trapped and hard to open. 3. Tile floor in shower gets very slippery when wet. No safety handles on the shower wall area in case of slipping.

Beautiful place very nice and safe area. We rented a suite the couches could use some upholstery cleaning other then that it was a beautiful hotel and suit the staff is super nice. Thank you all 🙏

Great rooms

Rather nice hotel for the area. We don’t speak any Spanish and there was plenty of English speaking staff. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable for my husband, he thought he felt the mattress springs at night.

We were there for one night and the bed was very comfy. Clean and quiet hotel. The only issue was no coffee pot on the coffee maker and no wash cloths.

The only issue we had is that we could not enjoy time on the terrace due to events that were planned. We were told only adults were allowed. We traveled with children and were disappointed to not be able to enjoy that part of the hotel experience. We did check out the event and saw that the people enjoying the event were all employees we had seen throughout the day. It would be nice for events that include all ages.

Facilities was extremely clean and customer service was great.
