Staff was very friendly, but the room had no sound proofitand was next to a very busy intersection with constant honking & beeping. The power in our room regularly went out briefly and came back on, the curtain were not daylight blocking. The pool was not heated and no pool towels were provided.

The Breakfast quality, variety and service is below average in this hotel. Also checkin experience was not good

Bathrooms were not clean

Room has damaged and old furniture. Mold in the bathroom with no shower curtains. It is suppose to be a suite but no utensils, forks, spoons whatsoever. Not even hand soap. We were told to use soap from the bathroom. Gas service to the stove is disconnected.
