Disappointed that we were not informed there was no on premises valet or parking! Also, no one able to help us carry our luggage, especially, since after we returned the car rental, the return taxi dropped us off 1 block away!!

Great hotel - second time here. Rooms are big, modern and very clean. Shower in bathroom is fabulous. Good choice of hot and cold breakfast options with lovely freshly-squeezed ornage juice available. Front desk staff are fabulous and nothing is too much trouble. Only slight negative is that the service in the rooftop bar could be better - too slow and not hugely friendly.

The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel couldn’t have been more conveniently located and our room had an exceptional view. The room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Highly recommended!

Excellent location and great breakfast. needs a non-slip mat in the bathroom when using the shower. When we asked for one, we were told to go to the shops and buy one!

Great check-in staff. Very helpful. A/C was super. Lots of restaurants nearby. Quiet. Good beds. Only complaint was once coffee and water were used they did not replace them. For the price one pays, one should not have to ask again.
