Hotel Casa Candela near Sopetrán, Antioquia, exceeded expectations. The property is gated, beautifully maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful mountain views. We stayed in the Superior Villa, and the mountain view from the villa was one of the highlights of the stay. The private hot tub was also a really nice touch and made the villa feel even more comfortable and relaxing. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were helpful, courteous, and efficient. Room service was awesome, and the food was excellent. The facilities were another major highlight, especially the pool and spa. I especially want to give a shout out to the spa staff, who exceeded service expectations. Even if you are not staying overnight, the hotel seems like a great option for a day pass to enjoy the pool and facilities. Overall, the experience felt well worth the price, and I would definitely return.

Si la tematica del hotel es de relajacion, entonces para q ponen musica desde las 10 am hasta las 12 pm y musica electronica. Se puede escuchar musica pero hasta ciertas horas.No habia forma de relajacion. Habia gente hasta tarde de la noche en la picina sin concideracion ninguna q habia gente en los cuartos para descansar. Mejor dicho este hotel es para personas q les guste la bulla. Me fui un dia antes de lo planeado no pude soportar.

Casa Cadena is a stunning destination with a Bali-inspired vibe. The atmosphere is incredible, the spa is a must-visit, the food is delicious, and the service is exceptional. Every staff member is fantastic.

Perfect getaway

The bathroom stopped working at night, and I had to move rooms in the middle of the night. They tried to put me in a room without the view I paid for, I had to argue with them and show proof that I booked a room with a view. They didn’t even apologize. No compensation. Wouldn’t recommend.
