Very new property. Room was large and in excellent condition. Kitchenette was very nice, and beds were nice and comfy. Loved the Pharmacopia bath amenities. Would stay here again.

Unfortunately the pool area we found dirty with lots of hair, clumps of it and dirty hand prints on the walls. Needs a good cleaning.

Had a great stay. It was a little noisy at times outside our room but overall it was very clean and a great place to stay.

The front desk staff was full of excuses. There were no luggage carts for 2 days and all they said was. It’s in someone’s room we can’t do anything about it. We had a single hand towel and bath towel in our room. No bath mat or facecloth. When we mentioned it to front desk they said they’re busy and ran out of clean towels. But then gave us some pool towels like they were doing us a favour. The shower had long black hair in it and the tile in front of the shower was cracked. Room temperature was hard to regulate Totally unimpressed with staff and their unhelpfulness. Will never stay at this hotel again. Several other guests were running into same problems as us

This property was absolutely wonderful! Very clean and beautifully maintained with plenty of space. The location was super convenient — surrounded by shopping areas and everything was easily walkable. We also enjoyed the beautiful views around the property. Highly recommended!

asked for extra blankets but the hotel said they're fully booked for the night so they don't have any.... also missing bath towels, which was not fully dried when we got them

Everything was fine and we really enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby. Breakfast was great too! What wasn’t great though…the ridiculously slippery shower in our room. The soap dispensers on the back wall drip on the acrylic base and when water hits it, it is dangerous. We didn’t fall, but we had near misses a couple times. This is kind of a biggie and worthy of mention.

Our room was very nice and big and had all the amenities that we could need. We were very excited when we first walked in and checked it out as it was perfect for us. We often get rooms that have an adjoining door to the next room, but we don’t need it and have never been bothered by it. BUT this time was not so good! The fellow in the next room coughed all night, and constantly cleared his throat. We honestly even heard him burping and choking. We could hear it so plainly I thought he had access to our room and had come in! Then in the morning there were two small dogs barking incessantly. My issue is the place is very nice but NOT soundproof!

Very clean and convenient location to Shopping and grocery stores

It's clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are great for kids, and there are many food options nearby.

The hotel seems new, and the room was big. The location was close to shopping. However, I am concerned that the price I booked at was considerably less than the price charged on the receipt I was able to access (via Hotels.com) shortly before we left home. In the future, I will be more cautious when booking ahead.
