Such a quaint gem of a place. The staff were impeccably kind and attentive! Would recommend without hesitation.

It was a lovely hotel in a brilliant location and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The first room was comfortable and a very good size. My second Max room (same grade as first room) was tiny shoe box, but equally priced to the much bigger room. The nightly fee I didn't realise was double the average hotels on this app, I booked without researching prices. So you can find very good for almost half the price. That being said, I was happy there. I extended 1 more night and would visit again if could ensure a fair price and good size room.

Great location on the edge of the old city and an easy walk from the main train station. Hotel is in a charming old building. Service was excellent - friendly and helpful, for example storing luggage both coming and leaving. We did not try their restaurant.

Helpful staff. Comfortable room. Would have been nice to have another shelf in the bathroom. Enjoyed having washcloths. Good location for walking to the Christmas markets and the train. Nice breakfast.

Exceptionally helpful staff, all speaking good English. The plat du jour on offer for dinner was delicious.

Wow, the reviews were right, this place is exceptional. Huge, soft bed, the latest touch switch LED lights. A rarity in this price: room aircon. The friendly staff went above & beyond. Even the in house restaurant offers genuine home cooked meals for a very reasonable flat rate. Check in & out was all online and very easy. Fantastic.

Stayed for two nights. Hotel is within walking distance from the train station. The room is as expected: relatively small, clean, quiet. The hotel itself is much larger than one can tell from the picture, with rather complex but attractive layout. The crew are the most charming people one would expect in this business.

The hotel is well located being close to the station and to the centre of town. My room was quite compact and the bathroom was a bit tight but it had everything you would want and was quiet for sleeping. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

We chose the property because it’s close to the train station, but what we didn’t know is that the staff are wonderful, the breakfast is a fresh and full spread of ash morning, and the beds and comfy. The property is simple and old but it didn’t feel dated or in the least. The only could have used a small fridge or iron, but we also didn’t ask, so maybe that have those on hand or could help if needed. Thank you for the lovely stay! We’d stay again! We stayed in Mulhouse to be central between Strasbourg, Colmar, and Basil. With a little wondering we found out it’s a lovely city with nice streets, good food, and great museums.

Cute hotel, I just stayed two nights.

Elevator is not avaliable for all rooms. Breakfast was a disappointed, underwhelming for an otherwise good hotel. Very very poor value for money charged.

This was a lovely hotel near to the station and the centre and trams. It was very nicely renovated to a high standard, good rooms and bar. The best thing was the friendly staff who went out of their way to make us welcome. Highly recommended
