Apartment itself in good condition. Clean and comfortable. Communication could be better though

The apartment is great but communication could be better

We had pleasant stay. Studio is quite new, space is well utilised(do not feel small), big windows (facing busy highway, surprisingly not that noisy), well-ventilated. It’s very far from the city centre (close to Chopin airport) The best if you have a car to move around. If not the bus station is 12/15min walk and bus takes you to the Central Station (approx.25min) or Uber is a good value. Small grocery store close by. Smooth self check-in.

The apartment is not 400m from the central station like they advertise,it´s about 12km away.There is little to none service there and the room did not have tv nor did it have curtains,only the white see through curtains, so there was zero privacy because most of the apartment is a giant window with the bed right in front of it.I will avoid this company from now on.But not all was bad because there were two women that did what they could to help make the stay better and i thank them for that.
